Job summary

Select Tech is seeking a Senior Workday Talent & Performance Specialist to join a large international organisation. Located in the North West of England, this permanent, hybrid role requires hands-on Workday configuration expertise and close collaboration with HR, Technology and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will own Talent & Performance configurations, support releases, document requirements and drive continuous improvements across the module.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Talent & Performance configuration in live environments.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Experience delivering changes through design, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Workday Talent & Performance SME.
• Own and deliver configuration changes across Talent & Performance.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Manage enhancements from design through deployment.
• Support Workday release cycles and testing.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and feature adoption.
• Collaborate with external Workday partners when required.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
