Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across HCM or Financial Management. You will partner with pursuit and sales teams during BD, guide the functional delivery, and ensure the architecture remains scalable and aligned with client goals.

You will own the end-to-end functional solution, provide guidance through workshops and design reviews, mentor consultants, and drive delivery excellence across multiple Workday deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years Workday/ERP/HCM/Financial Management implementation.
• Lead solution design on complex enterprise programmes.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional solution architecture across projects.
• Partner with pursuit and sales teams during BD lifecycle.
• Provide QA oversight and thought leadership on in-flight implementations.
• Mentor consultants and drive delivery excellence.
• Occasional travel may be required.
