Job summary

Smart Sourcer seeks a senior Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global Workday platform across Financials and HCM. You will partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven Workday architecture experience in large multi-national organisations, strong knowledge of Core Financials, Procurement, and HCM, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Workday Financials and HCM in large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, HCM Foundation, Absence, Time, and Compensation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, HR, and Technology.
• Workday certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across Workday Financials and HCM.
• Translate global business requirements into solution designs, roadmaps, and integration patterns.
• Lead architectural governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, and Workday APIs.
• Guide global deployments, localisation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide architectural oversight to delivery teams and external partners.
• Evaluate new Workday releases and ecosystem technologies.
