Job summary

British Heart Foundation seeks a Senior Workday Analyst to design, govern, and optimise Workday across multiple modules. You will partner with People and Technology teams to translate requirements into enterprise-grade, scalable solutions.

You will guide others, lead configurations, and ensure secure, efficient Workday operations, supporting biannual release cycles and data governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Workday certification(s) or Workday Pro accreditation required.
• Hands-on configuration across Core HCM and specialist modules.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Experience with HR workflows optimising, biannual release cycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Workday configurations.
• Coach junior analysts and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Directorate to translate requirements.
• Ensure security, integrations, and BP logic considerations.
• Support Workday release cycles and optimisations.
