Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to lead design and optimisation of Workday solutions across functional domains. You will translate priorities for senior stakeholders and collaborate with HR Operations and HRIS teams to deliver key projects and continuous improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday, with expertise in one or more modules (Compensation, Benefits, etc.).

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday configuration and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Workday security and business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday Business Processes, security roles and eligibility logic.
• Lead end-to-end functional design for Workday modules and ensure alignment with governance.
• Provide mentoring to Workday Analysts and deliver solutions across functional domains.
