Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimise Workday across Core HCM and multiple specialist modules. You will partner with the People Directorate and Technology to translate requirements into scalable, compliant Workday solutions and lead the design alongside the BHF Architect, ensuring value from Workday investments.

The role is hybrid, combining home-based work with at least one day per week in our London office.

Qualifications

• Workday certification(s) or Workday Pro accreditation with hands-on configuration across Core HCM and multiple modules.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise-grade Workday configurations.
• Strong background in Workday reporting, dashboards, calculations, EIBs, and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Workday across Core HCM and multiple modules.
• Provide Workday functional expertise and coaching for analysts.
• Collaborate with People and Technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support BI reporting, data governance, and bi-annual release cycles.
