Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior Workday Absence & Time Tracking Principal Consultant in the United Kingdom. You will lead design, configuration and delivery of complex Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to optimise workforce management and align with Workday leading practices.

You will also provide delivery leadership, pre-sales support, and mentoring, guiding workstreams, managing risks, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Integrations teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Workday Absence and Time Tracking Certification required.
• 5+ years Workday implementation experience.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide functional leadership across projects.
• Eligible for UK regulations and SC Clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Absence and Time Tracking workstreams on end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Design and deliver Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Lead client workshops and design sessions to define scalable solutions.
• Advise clients on absence management, leave administration and time tracking processes.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, providing coaching and quality reviews.
