Job summary
Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Solution Architect (Principal) to own the delivery quality of our Employee Document Management application for a global client base. You will lead workstreams, engage on high-profile projects, and act as a senior liaison for clients.
You will contribute to business development, collaborate with sales on opportunities and provide commercially competitive estimates. You’ll help develop capability in your area and mentor senior staff while advancing thought
Qualifications
- Senior or director level experience across ERP/Workday on multiple large implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP/Workday products including Financials and Payroll.
- Experience with SaaS delivery methodologies and models.
- Experience across multiple ERP capabilities and broad business/tech background.
- Excellent leadership and staff development abilities.
- Proven customer management experience with senior executives.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
