Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Solution Architect (Principal) to own the delivery quality of our Employee Document Management application for a global client base, often leading a workstream. You will engage on high-profile projects, handle major functional challenges, and serve as a senior liaison and escalation contact for clients.

You will help win business, provide commercially competitive estimates, and contribute to regional capability development while mentoring senior talent and sharing

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating at a senior/director level on multiple large ERP/Workday implementations.
• Exceptional understanding of Workday ERP, Financials, Payroll, and related capabilities.
• Experience with delivery models designed for SaaS services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream to ensure quality delivery of the Employee Document Management application.
• Engage directly on high-profile projects and act as a senior client liaison and escalation point.
• Contribute to business development by supporting sales with commercial estimates and content.
• Develop capability in the region, attract and mentor senior talent, and share knowledge internally.
• Provide thought leadership and coordinate with cross-functional consultants on Workday configuration.
• Present to senior executives and manage stakeholder expectations across projects.
