Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking experienced Workday Data Migration Lead Consultants to support a time-sensitive engagement involving migrating employee and payroll data from Workday to a new payroll platform. You will bring deep Workday data migration know-how, data validation, transformation and data quality discipline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years working experience in Workday Data Migration and Workday Integration exposure.
• Experience with systems development lifecycles, best practices and approaches.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM and related processes.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably HR/payroll.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Understanding of employee, organizational, payroll, and workforce data structures.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot migration issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing Workday data structures and business processes.
• Lead end-to-end data migration activities from Workday to a new payroll platform.
• Gather, extract, transform, cleanse, validate, and reconcile data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop data mapping documents and migration strategies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and migration risks.
• Perform migration testing, validation, and post-migration support.
• Ensure governance, security, and privacy requirements are met.
• Support project timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
