Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking a Senior Work Placement Coach to coordinate and monitor industry placements for study programmes. You will work with staff, students and employers to ensure high-quality work placements across college clusters.

The role involves line managing a team of Work Placement Coaches and supporting delivery of the placement service with a diverse student body and community partnerships. Flexible arrangements are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and negotiation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing.
• Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team with interpersonal skills.
