The RoleThe successful candidate should have experience in working with young people, are relatable and empathetic along with being able to motivate and coach our students to success. The ideal candidate would be self-sufficient, be able to use initiative, when necessary, be able to follow directions and act on them and feedback to managers without constant monitoring.
