Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking a Work Placement Coach to coordinate industry placements and work experiences for full-time students during term time. You will work with staff, students and employers to secure meaningful opportunities and monitor progress.

You will deliver targeted presentations, run workshops, support students with confidence and employability skills, and promote work experience across open evenings and induction events. Flexible working arrangements are welcome.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience and organisational skills.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team with interpersonal skills.
  • An adaptable and proactive approach to problem solving.
