Job summary

TWC Home Group Limited is seeking an experienced Window & Door Sales Consultant to join our field-based team across the South West. You will attend qualified appointments in customers' homes, selling bespoke uPVC and aluminium products with a premium guarantee and flexible finance options.

You will travel within your local territory, receive a structured diary plan, and benefit from a realistic £60,000-£80,000 OTE alongside a £30,000 basic salary and a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling windows and doors directly to homeowners.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium products.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers' homes.
• Sell from our bespoke range of windows and doors.
• Prepare accurate quotations and present options.
• Manage the complete sales conversation from consultation to order.
