TWC Home Group Limited in the South West is seeking experienced Window and Door Sales Consultants to join our field sales team, representing both TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe Home Improvements.

You will turn quality customer appointments into completed business, work within tailored territories, and benefit from strong diary management and a premium product range. A rewarding earning potential is supported by a commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experienced home improvement sales professional.
• Proven ability to convert qualified appointments into sales.
• Comfortable delivering confident product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers' homes.
• Sell from a bespoke range of windows and doors (uPVC/aluminium).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products.
• Deliver confident product demonstrations and explain benefits.
• Present finance options and prepare accurate quotations.
• Manage sales conversations from consultation to order.
• Follow up opportunities professionally and maintain records.
• Coordinate with administration, surveying and installation teams.
