Job summary

Equals One Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Window and Door Sales Consultant for field-based work across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Bath and Somerset. You will attend qualified appointments at homeowners' properties and convert them into orders, using a premium product range and flexible finance options.

You will manage a diary, travel efficiently, and work two Saturdays per month with no Sunday work, earning a base salary of £30,000 plus realistic OTE £60,000–£80,000 through

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home improvement/retail or field sales.
• Ability to sell windows and doors to homeowners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable, self-motivated with good time management
• Willingness to travel within territory and manage diary

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers' homes
• Sell from the bespoke range of windows and doors
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products
• Deliver product demonstrations
• Explain energy efficiency, security and guarantee benefits
• Introduce finance options when appropriate
• Prepare accurate quotations and present options
• Manage the complete sales conversation from consultation to order
• Follow up opportunities professionally
• Maintain customer and appointment records
• Work with administration, surveying and installation teams
• Represent the company to a high standard
