Job summary

TWC Home Group Limited is recruiting an experienced Window & Door Sales Consultant to join our field-based team covering the South West. You will attend qualified appointments in homeowners’ properties, selling bespoke uPVC and aluminium products with a focus on energy efficiency and value.

A premium product range and flexible finance options support your sales process. We offer a £30,000 basic salary with realistic OTE £60,000–£80,000, uncapped commission, a fuel card and a territory tailored

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling windows and doors directly to homeowners.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium products.
• Ability to build trust and sell consultatively.
• Confident handling objections and closing high-value sales.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers' homes.
• Sell from bespoke range of windows and doors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Explain finance options and present clear quotations.
• Manage sales conversation from consult to order closure.
• Follow up opportunities professionally and maintain records.
• Collaborate with administration, surveying and installation teams.
