Job summary

TWC Home Group Limited is seeking an experienced Window & Door Sales Consultant to join our field sales team in the South West. You will attend pre-qualified home appointments to sell bespoke windows and doors, guided by a diary manager to optimise travel.

A strong base salary plus realistic OTE with uncapped commission awaits high performers. You’ll work across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Bath and Somerset, with a territory tailored to you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling windows and doors directly to homeowners.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium products.
• Ability to build trust quickly and sell consultatively.
• Confidence handling objections and closing higher-value sales.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and a suitable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work across the appointment schedule and two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers’ homes.
• Sell from our bespoke range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
• Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend the right products.
• Deliver confident product demonstrations.
• Explain design, energy-efficiency, security and guarantee benefits.
• Introduce available finance and credit options where appropriate.
• Prepare accurate quotations and present the options.
• Manage the complete sales conversation from consultation to order.
• Follow up opportunities professionally and consistently.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
• Work closely with administration, surveying and installation teams.
• Represent TWC Home Group Limited to a high standard.
