Recruita is seeking an experienced White Collar Construction Perms Recruiter to drive growth in a client-focused market, delivering successful placements within construction and social housing sectors.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from winning vacancies and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates, negotiating offers and securing placements. Hybrid working is offered with opportunities to build and lead a team as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting permanent construction professionals.
• Track record of winning vacancies, placing candidates and developing repeat business.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate fees and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow permanent recruitment opportunities across the construction sector.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Convert introductions into vacancies while proactively developing your own client base.
• Recruit white-collar construction professionals (QS, Estimators, Commercial Managers, Site/Project/Contracts Managers).
• Manage the full recruitment process from brief to offer and placement.
• Source, engage and build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates.
• Negotiate fees, manage offers and develop repeat business.
• Explore opportunities to expand recruitment services into social housing.
