Job summary

Monzo in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Service Analyst to join our Workforce Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own data-driven insights to staff our customer operations and service teams, reporting to the WFM Service Manager.

You will be a strong individual contributor, driving design and implementation of solutions with Looker, Anaplan, Airtable, Google Sheets and SQL, including incident management and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong data skills for in-depth analysis, automation, and MI/dashboards.
• Experience with Looker, Anaplan, Airtable, Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience in service delivery and workforce management in high-growth settings.

Responsibilities

• Executive communication and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Data pipeline and dashboard creation.
• In-depth analysis and automation using Looker, Anaplan, Airtable, Google Sheets and SQL.
• Dynamic burndown plans and on-call rota.
• Service deep dives and routing alignment.
