Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Service Analyst to join the Workforce Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own data-driven insights to staff customer operations, build Looker dashboards, and deliver MI to support decision making.

You’ll work across Looker, Anaplan, Airtable and Google Sheets, automate processes, and provide executive reporting while on a Monday–Friday rota. Remote UK or office in London/Cardiff options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery and workforce management in a fast-growth environment.
• Ability to lead a project lifecycle with minimal oversight and drive solutions.
• Advanced Looker and Google Sheets skills for data storytelling and presenting findings.
• Experience handling incidents and creating actionable, dynamic plans.
• Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

• Executive reporting and data-driven insights for senior stakeholders (MBRs, Ops Monitoring, WBRs).
• Create Looker dashboards and standalone MI to support operations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and automate processes using SQL and data sources.
• Develop dynamic burndown plans to predict return‑to‑service dates and forecast resolutions.
• Manage cross-domain incidents and on-call rota; may require weekend support occasionally.
• Conduct deep dives to identify supply-demand gaps and optimize task routing.
• Coordinate with Global Ops to align performance expectations across domains.
