ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the web development program, ensuring the Inspired school website (Drupal CMS) delivers an excellent user experience using the latest technologies.
  • Identify, scope, build, test, and deploy new web initiatives to enhance the experience for parents and students.
  • Manage Conversion Rate Optimization programs to improve lead generation and engagement metrics, including A/B testing and analysis.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to explore AI-driven operational efficiencies.
  • Work with the SEO team to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Manage the website development budget to ensure ROI and exceed business targets.
  • Maximize the value of third-party vendor contracts to support Inspired's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure platform reliability, website uptime, security, and GDPR compliance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 5 years of experience in web development, UX, CRO, SEO, and digital product development, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more people.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with tools like Hotjar, GA, and Google Optimize for testing and analysis.
  • Knowledge of backend web functionalities, hosting, domains, DNS, and site reliability frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate value of CRO and CVR improvements to stakeholders.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Drupal 9 content, components, forms, and custom blocks.
