Mouser is seeking a senior leader to head Web Experience, guiding Product Owners, BI Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Support Analysts. You will drive a high-performing culture, coach teams, and align performance with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with corporate leaders across functions, champion agile delivery, and shape talent development while ensuring excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant work experience in the field.
• Internal candidates: minimum 2 years as Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor; External candidates: minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
