Job summary

Mouser Electronics, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head the Web Experience organization in Poole.

You will manage Product, UX, Ecommerce Analytics, Customer Support and related roles to drive a high-performing team aligned with Mouser’s objectives and values. You will coach through one-to-one development planning, support succession and growth, and collaborate with corporate leaders to tackle performance risks.

Qualifications

• Requires clear direction, coaching for Product Owners, BI Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Support Analysts.
• Fosters a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Supports career development, skills growth, and role clarity across all disciplines.
• Experience in Agile or product-centric delivery environments.
• Familiarity with BI tools, web analytics platforms and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital analytics.
• Proven experience using data and insights to influence product and business decisions.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management for a multidisciplinary Web Experience team.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and workforce planning for the local Web Experience org.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align hiring with departmental needs and roles.
• Promote effective operating practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure local team alignment with company policies and annual objectives.
