Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology.
• Proven people management and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern technologies like React.
• Background in API-first or microservice-based environments.
• Knowledge of ecommerce is a plus.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish, track, and achieve team goals.
• Experience in hiring, training, and coaching personnel.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with effective multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise design, development, and deployment of Internet Business Applications.
• Lead and motivate the software development team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the wider Internet Business team.
• Ensure development projects meet business goals and resolve system issues.
• Evaluate projects, recommend solutions, and improve existing applications.
• Research and recommend software products and services.
• Develop and implement team policies and procedures.
• Communicate progress and status to senior management.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques.
