Job summary

Mouser in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Web Experience organisation. You will provide direct line management for Product, UX, Ecommerce Analytics and Customer Support, driving performance, coaching, and development across a multi-disciplinary team.

You will lead hiring, onboarding and workforce planning, align local initiatives with global leadership, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and high integrity across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team across product, UX, analytics and support.
• Experience in Agile or product-centric environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management for a multi-disciplinary team including Product, UX, Ecommerce Analytics, Customer Support and other web experience related roles.
• Lead hiring activities and onboarding for the Web Experience organisation at the local level.
• Coach and develop team through regular one-to-one meetings and development plans.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align hiring decisions with departmental needs and role expectations.
• Identify skills gaps and development opportunities to strengthen team capability.
• Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement across disciplines.
