Job summary

The Brain Tumour Charity is seeking a Senior Website Content Officer to ensure our small portfolio of websites is accurate, up-to-date and user-friendly. You’ll produce and oversee content from copy to images and video, optimise for SEO, accessibility and brand consistency.

You’ll conduct content audits, assess user journeys, plan schedules, and train staff in WordPress while collaborating with the Website Manager and Marketing Insights to report on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a web content/optimisation role.
• Ability to assess analytics and optimise content and structure.
• Experience writing copy for web and SEO optimisation.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience training colleagues on WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of content and structure for a portfolio of websites, including an ecommerce microsite.
• Collaborate with Website Manager to improve user journeys using analytics.
• Produce high-quality written digital content with colleagues across the organisation.
• Conduct content audits and plan continual development based on reports.
• Develop QA processes and ensure tone of voice aligns with the brand.
