Job summary

Human Appeal is seeking a Website Content Manager to lead content operations, SEO and AI-ready optimization for our UK site. You will collaborate with digital and design teams to ensure accessible, high-converting content across multiple sections.

This role focuses on enhancing user experience, improving conversions and sustaining organic visibility. Based in Cheadle, you will manage content within Umbraco, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with our SEO team to implement best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
3–5 years' progressive digital content management experience.
Proven ecommerce and website management experience with Umbraco or similar CMS.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations, performance and uptime of the HA website in collaboration with leadership.
Audit product data, pricing and Salesforce integration.
Optimize content, navigation and search to improve UX and conversions.
Log technical issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
Monitor KPIs across the RACE framework (traffic, conversions, AOV).
Drive SEO, AEO, GEO and AI visibility across the site.
Create and publish high-quality content aligned with digital strategy.
Collaborate with design/UI to evolve the content system and component library.
Lead Umbraco CMS governance, audits and content workflows.
