Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting for a senior project programme and commercial management role within the Water Consultancy Division in the UK. You will manage multi-disciplinary water projects across the full lifecycle, leading delivery to time, cost and quality, while coordinating specialists and maintaining strong client interfaces.

• Essential: Degree-qualified in engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer and membership of ICE or IMechE.
• Demonstrable project management experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally in water.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary water projects across full lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality with governance compliance.
• Coordinate design and delivery with technical specialists across teams.
• Act as key client interface and build trusted relationships.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Oversee forecasting, programme control, and reporting.
• Support team development and mentoring of junior staff.
