Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of lower complexity water projects across our UK offices. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure cost, time and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, strong communication, and experience in infrastructure delivery. We offer hybrid working, extensive employee benefits, and a pathway to grow within our Water Consultancy Division.

Qualifications

Degree-qualified in engineering or a related discipline.
Project delivery experience of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a broader team.
Strong client, stakeholder and colleague relationship skills.
Understanding of health, safety and environmental considerations.
Strong IT and digital capability.
Solid commercial acumen and experience of project planning and controls.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the delivery of lower complexity water projects.
Provide project and design management support to ensure delivery on cost, time and quality.
Collaborate with clients and contractors to build strong relationships.
Support a Senior Technical Project Manager on multi-disciplinary water projects as needed.
Contribute to project lifecycle activities from feasibility to handover.
