Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Senior or Principal Process Engineer with expertise in clean water and municipal drinking water treatment to lead delivery across a diverse portfolio of water projects.

You will act as technical lead, mentor engineers, develop reports and specifications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions within AMP8 frameworks, with hybrid working and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or incorporated status with IChemE or eligible to become chartered within 12 months.
• Proven experience leading Process technical delivery within the UK Water sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of process engineering solutions for water and environmental projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop integrated, sustainable outcomes.
• Act as technical lead, providing guidance, assurance and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
• Develop and review technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings and design packages.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project partners.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
