AtkinsRéalis in the UK seeks an Associate/Associate Director Clean Water Process Engineer to lead delivery of major water infrastructure projects. You will head a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with UK and international teams to shape resilient drinking water solutions.

This role offers hybrid working, client engagement, and leadership development opportunities within the Water & AT practice across the UK water sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer with a UK institution or extensive industry experience delivering value.
• Proven experience leading Process delivery within the UK Water sector.
• Strong knowledge of drinking water treatment processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to innovation, sustainability and technical excellence.
• Expert understanding of process safety techniques (HAZOP) and risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Clean Water Process Engineers, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the regional and national D&AT practice, driving best practice and growth.
• Build and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and maximise project value.
• Support clients in shaping infrastructure programmes through needs assessment and scope definition.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and commercially successful outcomes.
