Job summary

Affinity Water is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategic Projects team in Hatfield, UK. You will lead the development and delivery of major water infrastructure programmes, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to drive delivery against time, cost and quality targets.

You will bring proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, strong programme and risk management skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders across regulators, delivery partners

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within water, utilities or a regulated environment.
Strong programme management, risk management and commercial awareness.
The confidence to challenge, influence and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead major infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against programme, cost and quality objectives.
Develop strong project management framework with the delivery team to manage consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to drive high performance and project success.
Build effective relationships across the delivery team and with regulators, operational teams and external stakeholders.
