Job summary

Affinity Water is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Strategic Projects team in Hatfield. You will lead complex water infrastructure programmes from inception to delivery, guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance.

In this role you’ll develop project management frameworks, manage consultants and delivery partners, and build effective relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally in water/utilities or regulated sectors.
• Strong programme management skills with risk oversight and commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead major infrastructure projects through full lifecycle, meeting programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Develop and embed a project management framework to coordinate consultants, contractors and partners.
• Build relationships across delivery teams, regulators, and internal stakeholders to drive success.
