Job summary

Redcar And Cleveland Borough Council is recruiting a Senior Team Leader for the Waste Services Department to lead frontline teams and ensure safe, reliable waste collections across the borough. You will coordinate daily collections (trade, residual, recycling, food and bulky waste), manage 85–100 staff, monitor safety, and drive service improvements, contracts and budgets.
