Job summary

Talantir, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehousing, logistics, IT systems, H&S, and fleet management. You will drive profitability through cost controls and process improvements while managing supplier relations and ERP-driven changes.

You will report to the senior management team, oversee budgeting and forecasts, and ensure safety and efficiency across the operation. A strong track record in senior operations roles is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a senior Operations role.
• Experience leading a team with strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles; budgeting and forecasting is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong organisational skills and a proven track record in operations.

Responsibilities

• Hold one-to-one performance reviews with team members to review performance and development.
• Attend and participate in management meetings with senior leadership.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, IT/systems, health and safety, and supplier management.
• Manage stock forecasting, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
• Lead procurement, contracts, and maintenance for facilities and fleet.
• Drive continuous improvement through ERP changes and process optimisation.
• Coordinate budgeting reviews and present cost plans to upper management.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all operations.
