Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or 8–12+ years of ops/facilities experience.
• Experience managing administrative and facilities functions.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee administrative, client services, facilities, and procurement operations across all offices.
• Shape and improve operational policies, processes, and service standards.
• Manage workplaces and assets, space planning, moves, renovations, maintenance.
• Own budgets, spend and resource planning; drive efficiency and cost-effective growth.
• Ensure compliance, governance, risk management and business continuity.
