Winner Recruitment is hiring a Day shift Warehouse Operative in Basingstoke. You will support the training of couriers, ensuring they can effectively complete deliveries and assisting with the app usage required for their roles.

This position offers a Temp to Perm opportunity after 12 weeks, with a competitive pay rate starting at £13.81 per hour. You must be available to work at least 30 hours per week in a friendly environment that provides full training and remote registrations.

Qualifications

• Suitable for full-time workers able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Strong IT skills required for training couriers on app usage.
• A positive attitude and professional conduct are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new couriers and allocate work efficiently.
• Monitor parcel scanning and courier readiness actively.
• Ensure compliance in parcel preparation for collection.
• Timely escalation of risks in Service Tracker.
• Resolve local issues before escalating to the Territory Manager.
• Provide couriers with necessary support for their roles.
• Engage with couriers and service providers professionally.
