Job summary

GXO is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the B&Q operation in Doncaster. You will lead a large warehousing operation, managing shift managers across day and night shifts to deliver targets with safety and quality at the core.

The role is full-time and permanent, predominantly day hours with flexibility for night shifts. You will drive performance, mentor teams, and promote a culture of safety and inclusion within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume logistics environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large operational teams through change and growth.
• Results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety, wellbeing and compliance.
