GXO Logistics is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the B&Q operation in Doncaster. You will lead a large warehousing operation, manage Shift Managers on day and night shifts, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of targets.

GXO is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our B&Q operation in Doncaster. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a large warehousing operation, managing Shift Managers across both day and night shifts, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of operational targets. You'll be responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and creating a culture built on safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Whilst you'll predominantly work during daytime hours, flexibility will be required to support both day and night shift operations because, after all, this is logistics!
Pay, benefits and more:
You will be paid a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
