Forth Ports Group is hiring a Terminal Manager for the Port of Tilbury. You will lead the CCEP warehouse operation, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness while achieving service levels and business objectives.

Reporting to the Operations Director, Tilbury, you will drive performance, develop teams and strengthen customer relationships to support growth. You will oversee a broad range of duties from KPI delivery, budgeting and resource planning to continuous improvement and

Formación

• Significant management experience within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service and continuous improvement methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day CCEP warehouse operation, with safety, quality and performance as top priorities.
• Coach and develop the Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Office Administrators and Shift Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Plan labour and resources across variable workloads while maintaining budgetary control.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety standards; promote a proactive safety culture.
• Present operational reports and improvement plans to senior management.
