This is a full-time, site-based role at CCEP, Port of Tilbury, requiring the flexibility to support operations across shifts and changing workloads. You will build trusted relationships, make sound decisions under pressure and champion teamwork, accountability, innovation and exceptional customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Commercial experience managing budgets, labour costs, operational expenditure and productivity against financial targets.
  • Experience of workforce planning, resource allocation and managing demand across shifts or variable workloads.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, risk management and change-management capability.
  • Confidence producing and presenting reports, performance updates and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.
