Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Medicines Management Assistant to support ward-based clinical pharmacy services at Epsom Hospital. You will join a recently restructured MMA team focused on delivering safe, timely, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care.

• NVQ Level 2 required.
• Previous experience in hospital pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy distribution and stock systems.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer patient’s own and dispensed medications between wards.
• Put stock items away and rotate stock to minimise wastage.
• Identify slow moving stock and transfer to alternate locations.
• Deliver medicines to patients’ current location to reduce re-dispensing.
• Check and clear medicine trollies at least weekly.
• Ensure fridge and clinical room temperatures are recorded daily.
