About You

• Previous experience in a premium or luxury bar environment
• Strong product knowledge and passion for mixology and high‑end service
• Confident, polished communication and a natural flair for hospitality
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support junior colleagues
• Calm, professional approach in a fast‑paced setting
• A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
