Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Senior Waiter/Waitress for its 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and May Fair Bar, delivering warm, attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey. You will build rapport with guests, demonstrate knowledge of our food, wines and beverages, and work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure flawless service.

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation is essential.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A warm, confident and engaging personality.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and attentive during busy service.
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.
