Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Senior Waiter/Waitress for The May Fair Hotel, a 5-Star property known for its iconic May Fair Bar. You will deliver warm and attentive service across the guest journey, anticipate needs, and showcase extensive knowledge of our food, wines and beverages.

The role demands front-of-house experience, a confident, friendly personality and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a bustling luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end operation is essential.
• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organised and attentive during busy service.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.

Overview

• Delivering warm, attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey
• Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of our food, wines, cocktails and beverages
• Confidently making recommendations and creating opportunities to enhance the guest experience
• Ensuring tables and service areas are beautifully presented at all times
• Supporting and guiding colleagues during service
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handling guest requests and feedback professionally and positively
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail

About You

Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
