Job summary

Gilpin Hotel & Lake House’s SOURCE restaurant is seeking a Senior Waiter to join the front-of-house team. This full-time role offers leadership at the dining room level, guiding service flow and delivering attentive, knowledgeable guest care in a refined, ingredient-focused environment.

You will work alongside the kitchen and sommeliers, maintain luxury standards, and bring warmth, confidence and a genuine passion for hospitality to every table.

Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality service.

Salary: £27,248 - £28,704 per year
