Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting for a Head Waiter/ess to join the May Fair Kitchen at the 5-star May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel. You will support the Floor Manager to lead the service team, ensure guest satisfaction, and confidently explain the dining concept.

You will take orders, note allergens, manage timing, read tables, and assist with cashing up at shift end. Knowledge of F&B trends and strong leadership are essential; we offer a rewarding environment with training,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within restaurant/hotel environment.
• Capable of demonstrating delegation and leadership skills.
• Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to a high standard.
• Ability to work as a team and provide guidance and support to others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor Manager to direct the service team within your section to ensure customer and host satisfaction.
• Fully competent with all menu items and explain dining concept to guests.
• Take orders correctly with clear notes on allergens.
• Understand timing of dishes and make food orders accordingly.
• Read the needs of tables to understand service preferences.
• Support cashing up and closing process of your shift and rectify any errors.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress for the May Fair Kitchen at the 5 star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview
