Job Description:

Are you a confident leader of internal teams and in front of clients? If so, we want to talk to you! We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by publications
  • Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
  • Understands the strengths and limitations of research methods and can propose tailored applications
  • Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to stakeholders
  • Aligns business and team goals, and identifies new business opportunities
  • Collaborates across units on strategy and execution

What you can expect day to day:

  • Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial targets
  • Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
  • Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
  • Managing client relationships and setting expectations
  • Leading team development and mentoring
  • Participating in strategic planning and process development
  • Supporting effective communication and conflict resolution within teams
  • Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
  • Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
  • Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
  • Potential travel domestically and internationally

Requisite experience and qualifications:

  • 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
  • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
  • Experience leading research teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
