Job Description:

Are you a confident leader of internal teams and in front of clients? If so, we want to talk to you! We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remotely OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by publications
  • Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
  • Understands the strengths and limitations of various research approaches
  • Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results
  • Aligns business and team goals, and identifies new opportunities
  • Collaborates across teams on strategy and execution

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Mentoring team members and fostering a positive culture
  • Participating in strategic planning and resource management
  • Supporting team communication and conflict resolution
  • Contributing to proposals and presentations
  • Building client partnerships and driving new business
  • Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in HEOR publications, consulting, or leadership
  • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
  • Experience leading research teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
